- Helicopter bookings (operated by separate aviation companies)
- Pony, palki, or doli services at trek points (independent operators)
- Any religious rituals, puja, or spiritual services
2.2 Third-Party Services
Many services during your trip are provided by independent third parties over whom we have no direct control. These include but are not limited to:
- Hotels and accommodations
- Restaurants and food services
- Vehicle drivers and transport providers
- Local guides and helpers
- Pony/palki operators at Yamunotri and Kedarnath
We select these service providers in good faith but cannot guarantee their performance or be held liable for their actions or omissions.

- Darshan at any temple (subject to temple timings, crowd, and temple authority decisions)
- Completion of full itinerary (may be affected by weather, road conditions, health issues)
- Specific hotel rooms or vehicle models (subject to availability)
- Road accessibility (mountain roads can close due to landslides, weather, or government orders)
- Weather conditions at any destination
- Your physical ability to complete treks (6 km at Yamunotri, 16 km at Kedarnath)
Chardham pilgrimage involves travel through high-altitude mountainous terrain with unpredictable weather and road conditions. Pilgrims must understand and accept these inherent risks.

All prices displayed on our website are indicative and subject to change based on:

- Variable weather conditions (can change rapidly in mountains)
Pilgrims with heart conditions, respiratory problems, high blood pressure, or other serious health issues should consult their doctor before booking. We strongly recommend carrying personal medications and a basic first-aid kit.

- Does not provide medical services or personnel
- Is not responsible for any health emergencies during the trip
